It is very apparent that I am a very big fan of lingerie. What makes lingerie great is the fact that there are so many kinds to choose from. I am not just talking about styles, but colors and patterns as well. I bring this subject up because I was searching for lingerie (surprise) and found this one garter set. Now, you may be thinking, whoopee; but it really got me thinking. Brown and Gold are a tremendous combination that warrants some attention.

So, with that, I got looking a little more. There was really not much in the way of brown and gold colored lingerie. However, I did find a lot of fashion items that contained these colors. Although it is a largely untapped lingerie combination compared to black and pink, I think it deserves some exploration.

Gold is another color that arises some attributes that coincide with brown. The harmony of the two not only shows in physical color, but in meaning as well. Regal and richness is a complimenting symbol for the natural color of brown. The gold acts like a “spice” on the darker brown color. It is that hint of extra pizzazz that is so sophisticatedly placed.

As more brown and gold pieces emerge, I think we will see a lot of people begin to embrace what it has to offer. Brown and gold lingerie is the perfect in between for those looking to find a piece of lingerie that stands out but is not over the top. You will find that lingerie is usually traditional in black, pink and white or just the opposite; ornate patterns and bright colors.
