This is a very tough subject because on one side you are married to this woman and you should be open with her. On the other side this is something that will either be acceptable or not acceptable to her. The best course of action would be to be up front with her but 

before you engage her attention on it, you will have to understand why you like to wear women’s lingerie. Is it because you like the way it feels? The way it looks? Do you wish you were a woman? These questions and many more are ones you will need to have answers to so you are clear why and be able to explain it to your wife better.

When you got married, you took vows. This commitment is strong and everlasting. On your behalf, she should accept you for who you are, however, if she is not willing to accept this, then you both need to talk it out and come to a resolution. No matter how hard the subject is to bring up, it is best that you tell her directly rather than have her find out herself and feel as though you lied to her and betrayed her.
